All 'the know' to grow your own!

Why not welcome in the spring with some seed sowing and growing, either in your garden or in a grow box on your windowsill!

Bodmin Life took some top tips on seasonal seeds from Bella Bown, horticulture and art therapist, who for the last nine months has been caring for the intoBodmin garden with her team of volunteers.

The project that improved, developed and shaped the garden space behind The Old Library may have come to an end, but here are some seed suggestions for herbs, vegetables and edible flowers that are best sown in March, soon to brighten up any spring/summer meal!
